We met the gang from Jig-A-Loo in Las Vegas at SEMA 2007 and they showed us this curiously named product. It’s a water repellent lubricant in the same vain as WD-40, but apprently offers benefits beyond the “40.” They sent us a few boxes of the stuff, a box of which was distributed to some shops in the area for some testing. Well, the results are in.

Apparently, it’s been a big hit. The silicone-based lubricant has been working well for loosening tight nuts (seriously, no pun intended) and stopping those common squeaks that annoy the hell out of everyone. This author has been using it at different times on Project Evo and it has performed flawlessly as claimed. Overall, it’s a good product that might replace the good old standby “40″ we’re so used to.

The Jig-A-Loo gang is based out of Canada (eh?!) and producing some good stuff. Check it out at your local automotive store. If they don’t stock it, ask for it. You can thank us later.
