Well now the critics are catching on, and Hyundai has announced that it is one of three finalists for the 16th Annual North American Car of the Year award. The Genesis has surprised many by beating powerhouses like the GT-R ( Motor Trend’s Car of the Year pick), Audi A4, Dodge Challenger, and the BMW 1-Series in the running for this prestigious award. No doubt consumers will definitely take the Genesis into serious consideration, and Hyundai may finally mature as a brand synonymous with quality and value.
