Today was a good day for Chrysler. The announcement broke that Chrysler and Fiat are now partners. This gives Chrysler many benefits, benefits like access to Fiats entire line of cars! More on this after the jump!

Thanks for coming along! Anyways, so what does Fiat get? Well, how about for starters 35% equity share in Chrysler. Not enough you say? The icing on the cake is they gain access to Chrysler’s entire lineup as well, allowing Chrysler a stronger hand in the European market. This is a great step for Chrysler the future started looking dark, and with the cancellation of the PT Cruiser and Ford introducing the new 2010 Taurus, this seems like the right move to me.
