Howdy Webriders! Dr. VW here with a tale of such high hilarity that it has spread across the net like wildfire. Every so often an “epic thread” comes up in the forumsphere and we get to sit back and watch the circus. Memorable idiots like “The Claw” are a perfect example of ultimate and unwavering Fail taken to new levels thanks to the internet. People spread the ownage from forum to forum until it seems everyone has seen or heard about it on multiple forums. Start from page one and grab some popcorn, because this is a textbook example of dumb people having their asses handed to them by way of every photochop, witty one liner, and Fail/ Lolcatz picture imaginable. My favorite happens to be the “M Davis outta f*cking nowhere!” graphic on page 5. Talk about good times. Reading the thread from the beginning is a real treat, because you can see as it slowly and steadily spreads across the various auto forums until the point where it explodes, and even the servers for the site go down! Upon bringing it back up, the Mod’s had to disable all avatars, PM’s, and other extraneous site functions just to keep the thread up! Talk about dedication to one of the funniest threads of all time. I pity the poor guys having to moderate that thread.
For those of you too lazy to peruse all 60+ pages and counting- here’s the story in a nutshell. Idiot ricer kid does some illegal street racing, and then some time after the race is over is pulled over and cited for driving “too slow”. He then posts on the “ask an officer” forum over at Orlando, complaining about his $250 misfortune and vowing to fight it. Well not even 5 posts in and the officer that CITED him shows up and royally owns him. Apparently the cop was just being nice, letting him off with that lesser citation as opposed to the various offenses he could have been written up for for street racing. The rest, as they say, is history.
Now, Dr. VW is no great friend of the 5-0; but in this case it’s pretty obvious the perp is a tool, and street racing is both A) illegal and B) dangerous– especially considering the people who tend to street race shouldn’t be behind the wheel of a Crusin’ USA arcade game let alone an actual motor vehicle. Props to Officer M. Davis for proving not all cops are Dbags, and to the OP- this is Dr. VW for Webridestv congratulating you on your Legendary Fail of Biblical Proportions.
