So you’ve decided to get a new hybrid. There are a lot of incentives to do it — tax rebates, cash back offers, and if you’re still rocking a gas hog from the late 80s, you might be eligible for some dough to help offset the upgrade. This program is really designed to get pickups and SUVs off the road. Most cars don’t qualify because they get more than 18 mpg. A good choice for car owners is charity car donation. This way, they can get a tax deduction.
