I’m not a huge fan of racing games, and I’m certainly not a “gamer.” I play a few video games with freakish zeal (Metroid Trilogy!!! Guitar Hero World Tour!!!) but aside from that I’d rather be actually driving or doing some other activity. However, when I do play racing games, one of my favorites is Gran Turismo [Ed Note: Damn straight]. In terms of sheer realism and the massive selection of vehicles the Gran Turismo series is unmatched. There are other “funner” (read: mindless) games out there but GT is definitely the bar to which all other racing games are measured. Well consider the bar raised.
