KickBoxer

I’m ever-impressed by just how far people will go to bring their motorized dreams to life. Case and point is Ian McElroy, who taught himself a rendering and testing program called SolidWorks to design what he’s calling the KickBoxer. Think of it as strapping yourself to the water-cooled horizontally-opposed turbo four from the Subaru WRX and holding on for dear life. If the tune stays the same, you could theoretically expect 265 horsepower on the rear wheel. McElroy has also worked in a unique dual-swing arm design. Odds of seeing this thing in production are about as good as landing the powerball, but that doesn’t stop us from dreaming. Check out the gallery for a closer look. [Source: Autoblog]

  1. That’s cool, but it’s a case in point, as (horizontally?) opposed to ‘case and point’.
