If you’ve managed to stumble upon any of my musings elsewhere on the Web, you know I’m a pretty diehard fan of the Subaru Forester 2.5 XT. Since it benefits from the same platform as the Impreza, parts from the wicked STI swap in without much of a hiccup. The Pleiades gods at PIA have managed to do a complete STI swap on an ’09 Fozzy, resulting in around 295 horsepower and 325 lb-ft of torque at the wheels. That’s right – I said at the wheels.
