The kids at Hennessey Performance gave us all an early holiday present this morning with a rash of new renderings of the company’s new supercar – the Venom GT. What is a Venom GT, you ask? The guys started with a chassis straight from Lotus, threw in a twin-turbocharged version of a GM LS9 good for around 1,000 horsepower and called it a day. The thing weighs a scant 2,400 lbs and can blister past 60 mph in a mere 2.2 seconds. We know we haven’t been good enough to get one of these for Christmas, but it doesn’t hurt to ask, right?
